- Chewing fresh garlic cloves is another effective home remedy as garlic is a good antiviral.
- Consuming lemon tea can relieve symptoms like cough, sore throat, headaches, etc.
- Washing hands regularly and covering of the mouth and nose, while venturing out, is an important method of swine flu prevention.
- Along with the treatment for swine flu, consuming liquids and taking adequate rest and sleep is very essential.
Swine flu can be treated effectively using the above mentioned herbs and remedies, and is a healthier option compared to the treatment with allopathic medicines and anti-virals. Natural swine flu prevention is the best remedy to stop the rapid spread of swine flu.
